Online Therapy

The primary goal of therapy is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to navigate and heal from emotional struggles, develop healthier coping strategies, gain insight into our thoughts and behaviors, and ultimately achieve overall well-being and self-empowerment. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans. We can also accept PPO insurance plans as out-of-network providers. We can offer superbills for you to submit for insurance reimbursement. A superbill is an itemized form reflecting rendered services. Please note that not all insurance companies reimburse out-of-network providers, however, we are happy to verify your out-of-network insurance benefits and review them with you prior to beginning treatment.

At TrueBloom Counseling, we firmly believe that no one should face infertility in isolation. This is why we are offering our online support group absolutely free for all active clients with TrueBloom. Group sessions are held virtually the first Wednesday of every month starting at 7:00pm.

LLMSW SUPERVISION

As an LLMSW supervisor, I foster a collaborative learning environment, helping LLMSWs develop their professional identities. I provide tools, adhere to ethical guidelines, and create a safe space for LLMSWs to explore challenges. My goal is to equip my supervisee’s with knowledge, skills, and confidence to become competent counselors. I continuously enhance my own skills to provide high-quality supervision and contribute to the counseling field. I interview potential supervisees for a mutual fit. Individual 60min weekly supervision sessions: $100/hr.
Group supervision (2): $60/hr.
