LLMSW SUPERVISION

As an LLMSW supervisor, I foster a collaborative learning environment, helping LLMSWs develop their professional identities. I provide tools, adhere to ethical guidelines, and create a safe space for LLMSWs to explore challenges. My goal is to equip my supervisee’s with knowledge, skills, and confidence to become competent counselors. I continuously enhance my own skills to provide high-quality supervision and contribute to the counseling field. I interview potential supervisees for a mutual fit.
